How to Submit a Facility Reservation Request Application
1. On the left side of the screen, you will see the Date Filter that will help you to narrow your search results. Click on the mini calendar and enter your desired date then click the search button to see the results. 2. Available time slots will appear under the date and picture box of the shelter. 3. Click on the blocks of time that you are interested in, they will become highlighted. 4. Once your hours are selected, click Add to Cart. 5. You will be asked a qualifying question to proceed which is your headcount. 6. Then it will proceed to the questionnaire, and you will submit for approval. If approved, you will be sent an email from Brentwood Parks and Recreation and can then log into your account and make payment to then become a confirmed reservation.
